Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects, including interiors and ground-up developments, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage multifamily, hospitality, and adaptive reuse projects with a focus on corporate interiors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project specifications and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
