Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist General Counsel in handling legal matters related to real estate management and operations.
- Conduct litigation activities, including landlord/tenant disputes and administrative law cases.
- Draft and review commercial leasing agreements and other transactional documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate operations.
- Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare written reports, legal documents, and oral presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and real estate law.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and legal research tools.
- Fluency in a second language is highly desirable.
- Experience in commercial leasing, landlord/tenant disputes, and transactional law preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
