Overview

  • Join a leading financial services firm as an Investor Relations professional, supporting institutional clients and driving client relationship growth.

  • Serve as a product specialist for designated U.S. financial products, providing insights and expertise to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop strategic plans to deepen client relationships and identify growth opportunities within institutional asset management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful presentations, marketing materials, and client communications.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to enhance product positioning and client advisory services.
  • Participate in the RFI and RFP processes, contributing to business development and client onboarding efforts.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client data, monitor sales notes, and streamline processes for improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic client management plans to enhance client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support business development initiatives by leveraging consultant relationships and preparing for investor meetings and calls.
  • Collaborate on creating client presentations, marketing materials, and drafting client communications.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to provide insights into asset classes, strategies, and product positioning.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, responding to ad hoc investor requests with precision and professionalism.
  • Participate in the RFI and RFP processes, contributing to due diligence material production.
  • Monitor client inflows, outflows, and guideline changes, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
  • Streamline processes with a focus on data governance and CRM system optimization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with institutional client management expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fixed income investment strategies and financial markets.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with a results-driven mindset.
