Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute strategic client management plans to enhance client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives by leveraging consultant relationships and preparing for investor meetings and calls.
- Collaborate on creating client presentations, marketing materials, and drafting client communications.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to provide insights into asset classes, strategies, and product positioning.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, responding to ad hoc investor requests with precision and professionalism.
- Participate in the RFI and RFP processes, contributing to due diligence material production.
- Monitor client inflows, outflows, and guideline changes, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
- Streamline processes with a focus on data governance and CRM system optimization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with institutional client management expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fixed income investment strategies and financial markets.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
