Job Description

Overview

  • Lead Applications Integration Engineer responsible for enterprise application management and solutions implementation.
  • Collaborate within the End User Computing group to enhance application performance and user experience.
  • Support enterprise software deployment and integration for physical and virtual desktops.
  • Analyze and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal system functionality.
  • Participate in platform, software, and application implementation projects as a senior engineer.
  • Contribute to the End User Computing roadmap and mentor junior engineers.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence two days per week.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and implement enterprise applications and solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Deploy enterprise software with user personalization for desktops.
  • Integrate and support end-user applications, customizing and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Configure operating systems and enterprise policies for security and performance optimization.
  • Monitor application and system performance, implementing improvements as required.
  • Develop and maintain clear technical documentation for systems and applications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide cross-training to IT staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in application integration or systems engineering.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
  • Experience with legal applications and business software integration.
  • Advanced PowerShell and SQL skills for automation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms like Hyper-V, VMware, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with collaboration software and enterprise troubleshooting tools.
