Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects, including planning, design, and execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using Revit.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into architectural solutions.

- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) degree required.
- Licensed Architect with 8+ years of professional experience, preferably 10 years.
- Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and documentation.
- Experience managing projects in commercial and corporate building sectors.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor junior staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for client and team interactions.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
