Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Support the Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the leadership team.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and implementing solutions promptly.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction management or related roles.
• Preferred 5 years of experience in healthcare or office construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage field operations effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
