Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering professional growth and operational excellence.
- Serve as Jira Product Owner and Administrator, ensuring scalable configurations and robust documentation.
- Oversee governance and adoption of collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Miro, and DocuSign.
- Design and execute user engagement programs to gather insights and enhance digital ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain a Digital Enablement Roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between IT and business units to ensure alignment and usability.
- Drive automation and simplification of routine tasks using advanced technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service delivery or technology enablement roles.
- Proven expertise in Jira administration, including automation and workflow management.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystems and collaboration tools.
- Experience leading teams and driving operational maturity.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Miro, or DocuSign administration is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI productivity tools and process automation technologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse organizational levels.
