Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assess, develop, and evaluate educational programs aligned with staff needs and organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) acceptable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing education; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective educational programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in healthcare education.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage multidisciplinary teams.
