Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assess, develop, and evaluate educational programs aligned with staff needs and organizational goals.
• Conduct comprehensive orientation sessions for new staff to ensure seamless integration.

• Organize and deliver in-service training on emerging healthcare practices and technologies.

Job Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) acceptable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing education; 5 years preferred.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in healthcare education.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and innovative teaching methodologies.
