Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for all entities, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage union and non-union payrolls, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Develop payroll documentation and standard operating procedures for scalability.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update payroll processes accordingly.
- Administer employee benefits and 401(k) contributions accurately.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4 years of payroll management experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as iSolved and ERP platforms.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and union payroll regulations.
- Experience in benefits administration and 401(k) contributions management.
- Ability to develop scalable payroll procedures and improve operational efficiency.
