Overview

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Oversee ground-up construction projects, with a focus on light industrial facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

  • Manage subcontractor relationships and oversee their performance on-site.

Job Requirements

  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects, preferably in light industrial facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to travel as required to oversee project sites and ensure progress.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
