Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage MEP aspects of construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions proactively.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in MEP project management; 8 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in managing MEP systems in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Experience with design-build, CM, and GC services is advantageous.
