Overview

  • Lead construction projects for multifamily and hospitality developments, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage project budgets ranging from $10M to $50M, optimizing resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Supervise on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for efficient project execution.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation within the construction team.
  • Utilize wood-frame construction expertise for garden-style and podium apartment projects.
  • Ensure successful completion of projects within contractual obligations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to leadership and clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
  • Expertise in wood-frame construction for multifamily and hospitality projects.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with budgets ranging from $10M to $50M.
  • Strong leadership skills to supervise on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards.
