Overview
- Lead strategic proposal development and manage impactful marketing efforts to enhance client acquisition.
- Produce compelling RFQ/P responses, interview materials, and pursuit collateral to support business objectives.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, manage content libraries, and support reporting to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with operations, preconstruction, and leadership to gather information for successful pursuits.
- Mentor marketing team members and support training and engagement initiatives across offices.
- Contribute to a high-performing team with a culture of celebrating wins and delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and manage strategic proposals and marketing materials to support client acquisition efforts.
- Ensure CRM systems are accurate and content libraries are well-maintained for reporting purposes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in A/E/C industry proposal leadership; general contracting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities and strategic mindset to manage timelines effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for professional communication and collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and processes to enhance productivity.
