Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
• Preferred 15 years of experience with a focus on light industrial construction.
• Proven track record of successful project acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong knowledge of general contractor operations and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel as required.
