Overview

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration to ensure seamless employee experiences.
  • Utilize advanced HR systems like Workday for data management and reporting.
  • Analyze workforce trends to develop strategies that improve workplace engagement and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and special projects to drive organizational improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with payroll activities, including data entry and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
  • Support immigration processes, ensuring compliance and proper documentation management.
  • Participate in performance management and compensation reviews, providing actionable insights.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, aligning them with organizational objectives and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with 5 years preferred for optimal expertise.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday, is essential for the role.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, time management, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing HR operations effectively.
  • Ability to analyze employee data and provide actionable insights to improve operations.
