Overview

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner, aligning workforce strategies with organizational goals and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace experience through innovative HR practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth and success.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent management, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure seamless employee integration.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and optimize workforce performance and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards, maintaining integrity in all HR operations.
  • Support labor relations activities and contribute to HR projects that enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Drive leadership development programs to strengthen managerial effectiveness and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute local sourcing strategies to meet current and future talent needs effectively.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts to support organizational growth and sustainability.
  • Enhance onboarding processes and gather feedback to improve new hire experiences and integration.
  • Analyze workforce data to develop strategies that improve employee retention and engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations and professional development.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Facilitate leadership development initiatives to build managerial capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational improvements and innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience; 10 years preferred for advanced roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS tools; PHR/SPHR certification is advantageous.
  • Strong recruitment experience; bilingual Spanish skills and labor relations expertise are a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, data analysis, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations within the designated region as required.
