Overview
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for healthcare, clinic, and teaching roles, ensuring high-quality candidate sourcing and onboarding experiences.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and maintain strong partnerships for effective talent acquisition.
- Participate in job fairs and outreach activities, representing the organization and enhancing applicant pools.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and governmental requirements during pre/post-employment administrative functions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems for accurate and timely data management.
- Provide training and guidance to managers and staff on talent acquisition and workforce integration development.
- Support positive employment culture and morale through effective hiring and screening practices.
- Handle extensive background and employment checks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in candidate evaluation.
- Work primarily remotely with occasional onsite participation in job fairs and recruitment events.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively.
- Source, evaluate, and interview candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions using cost-effective methods.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing feedback and follow-up to hiring managers.
- Extend and negotiate employment offers, consulting with senior management on complex situations.
- Maintain and update HR systems with accurate data throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the organization at recruitment venues to enhance visibility and attract qualified candidates.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment trends, compliance, and effective interview techniques.
- Conduct extensive background checks to ensure candidate credibility and suitability.
- Provide training and support to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
- Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.
- Preferred certifications include SPHR or SHRM-SCP.
- Master’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to handle extensive background checks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively.
- Experience in internship recruiting is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
