Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Enhance office workflows to improve patient satisfaction and education.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies and funding sources.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a primary care clinical setting.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare.
- Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to implement and oversee infection control programs.
