Job Description

Overview

  • Support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams.
  • Handle heavy inbound calls professionally, routing them appropriately and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination between internal teams, truck dispatch, and emergency services.
  • Utilize intermediate Excel skills to manage logs, track data, and organize information efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support for billing processes and other office tasks as needed.
  • Work onsite during regular business hours to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
  • Contribute to maintaining a professional and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate schedules between teams, dispatch trucks, and liaise with emergency services.
  • Update and maintain logs, track information, and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with billing processes and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working onsite during regular business hours.
