Job Description

Overview

  • Support payroll and benefits administration for multiple clients in a dynamic HR consulting environment.
  • Ensure accurate processing of multistate payroll cycles for approximately 100 employees.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to address unique client needs and priorities.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processes for multiple organizations using Paylocity.
  • Validate and audit payroll data to ensure compliance with multistate regulations.
  • Manage employee changes, including new hires, terminations, and rate adjustments.
  • Process retirement contributions and benefit-related payroll adjustments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to support client-specific payroll needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and ensure timely payroll processing.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing; 4 years preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with Paylocity software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with multistate payroll requirements and benefits administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work onsite four days a week with remote flexibility on Wednesdays.
