Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree required; advanced certifications in adult learning or financial services preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales training within financial services; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and commercial strategies.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Experience with eLearning design and digital learning platforms is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Highspot is preferred.
