Overview
- Assist in overseeing construction projects within the Interiors and Multifamily group, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to manage schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Support the Superintendent in supervising on-site operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project progress and quality.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Provide technical assistance and problem-solving support to the construction team.
- Contribute to project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning and pre-construction meetings to align objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in construction, with a focus on Interiors and Multifamily projects.
- Proficiency in construction software and tools for scheduling and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
