Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily activities of the perioperative team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Coordinate patient care delivery, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement work plans aligned with organizational priorities and deadlines.
- Facilitate team meetings to address performance targets and compliance issues.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Minimum two years of patient care delivery experience required.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Minimum one year of leadership experience, with or without direct reports.
- Proven ability to manage clinical operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in resource allocation and operational planning preferred.
