Job Description

Overview

  • Design and develop architectural solutions that meet client needs and aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants and production staff to ensure project success.
  • Utilize Revit for drafting, modeling, and creating construction documents.
  • Prepare 3D renderings and walkthrough animations for presentations.
  • Coordinate all phases of design, construction documentation, and observation.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and consultants.
  • Contribute to functional programming and space planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and maintain Revit models for various projects.
  • Develop comprehensive construction document sets with minimal oversight.
  • Create functional designs that align with client requirements and aesthetic goals.
  • Select design elements to craft purposeful and unique spaces.
  • Prepare renderings and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
  • Participate in construction observation and ensure design integrity.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) from an accredited institution.
  • 6-8 years of experience in an architectural office setting.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, InDesign, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in Core & Shell/Base Building and healthcare projects preferred.
  • Licensure in architecture is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
