Job Description

Overview

  • Support investor relations and marketing efforts for a leading investment management firm in a dynamic, client-facing role.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and quantitative teams to produce performance commentary and marketing materials.
  • Engage with clients and prospects, providing detailed reporting and presentations tailored to their needs.
  • Assist in content creation, including research papers, factsheets, and monthly summaries.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update firm marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Prepare comprehensive responses to investor inquiries and consultant questionnaires.
  • Participate in client meetings, supporting the Head of Business Development with relevant materials.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to draft and refine performance commentary and analysis.
  • Generate and distribute factsheets, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Support the Quant team in attribution analysis and monthly commentary finalization.
  • Prepare presentation materials and manage responses to DDQs, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Assist in client servicing, reporting, and onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to custom factsheet creation and quarterly firm snapshot updates.
  • Maintain marketing materials, including decks, tear sheets, and data packs.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis on portfolio performance and exposure.
  • Attend client meetings, supporting discussions with detailed materials and insights.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 3-7 years of experience in investor relations or a related role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg terminal is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create detailed performance reports.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and presentations.
  • Experience in preparing DDQs, RFIs, and RFPs is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
  • Series 3 certification may be required post-start.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality client servicing and reporting standards.
