Overview

  • Lead HR operations in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, focusing on compliance, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and global business operations.
  • Manage HR processes, including performance management, training initiatives, and diversity programs.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate data management and reporting.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including career progression frameworks and team restructuring.
  • Oversee recruitment operations, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Administer compensation programs and manage vendor relationships for HR-related services.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement HR processes to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute compliance policies and prepare necessary reporting.
  • Lead recruitment operations, including managing consultants and overseeing internship programs.
  • Support visa processes and employee sponsorships in collaboration with immigration counsel.
  • Design and implement performance management and employee engagement programs.
  • Track and analyze workforce metrics, providing insights for organizational development.
  • Maintain HRIS platforms, resolving system issues and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Administer compensation and manage vendor relationships for HR services.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned with best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree with 3-4 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, including Oracle, Namely, and ADP.
  • SHRM certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting workforce metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing HR policies and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
