Overview
- Serve as a Workday Senior Analyst supporting benefits, compensation, and payroll operations.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for integration efforts and project management tasks.
- Lead bi-weekly team meetings and manage reporting and configuration tasks in Workday.
- Troubleshoot integrations and delegate tasks effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HRIS modules, upgrades, and patches.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for HRIS processes.
- Provide Tier 2 HRIS support and maintain data integrity through audits and analysis.
- Train stakeholders on new processes and functionality within HRIS systems.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to organizational HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Experience with HRIS module implementation and upgrades.
- Ability to lead meetings, delegate tasks, and manage projects effectively.
