Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Workday Senior Analyst supporting benefits, compensation, and payroll operations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for integration efforts and project management tasks.
  • Lead bi-weekly team meetings and manage reporting and configuration tasks in Workday.
  • Troubleshoot integrations and delegate tasks effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HRIS modules, upgrades, and patches.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for HRIS processes.
  • Provide Tier 2 HRIS support and maintain data integrity through audits and analysis.
  • Train stakeholders on new processes and functionality within HRIS systems.
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to organizational HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support benefits, compensation, and payroll operations within Workday HRIS.
  • Coordinate integration efforts with engineering teams and manage related projects.
  • Lead team meetings, reporting, and configuration tasks in Workday.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS integrations and delegate tasks effectively to team members.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional staff for HRIS upgrades and fixes.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS user procedures and documentation.
  • Conduct data audits and ensure system accuracy and integrity.
  • Train stakeholders on HRIS processes and functionalities.
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Workday HRIS experience, with 10 years preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and evaluation skills for troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
  • Experience with HRIS module implementation and upgrades.
  • Ability to lead meetings, delegate tasks, and manage projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
  • Knowledge of integration testing and partnering with business units.
  • Assertive and capable of handling high-output, fast-paced team environments.
