Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care emergency department experience.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course certification within one year of employment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in policy development, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work on-site during evening shifts and rotating call schedules.
