Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with detailed planning.
- Compose and edit professional correspondence and presentations.
- Develop and maintain organizational systems to enhance team productivity.
- Prioritize and manage incoming communications, responding appropriately.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or related field required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in financial industry or similar fast-paced environments preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
