Overview

• Drive identity and access management (IAM) strategies to enhance security and user lifecycle management across the organization.
• Develop and implement robust IAM governance programs using advanced tools like Saviynt and Okta.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deploy single sign-on solutions and manage identity provider features.
• Automate IAM processes leveraging Python, SQL, and API integrations for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining secure access protocols.
• Provide technical expertise to refine governance controls and IAM policies effectively.
• Contribute to organizational growth by implementing innovative IAM solutions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and optimize IAM platforms, including Saviynt and Okta, for user access and governance.
• Develop and oversee access certifications, privileged identity management, and birthright entitlements.
• Automate IAM workflows using programming languages and API integrations to streamline operations.
• Deploy and manage single sign-on applications and identity provider policies effectively.
• Ensure secure onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and non-human accounts.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and training for IAM processes and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IAM governance and compliance measures.
• Troubleshoot access-related issues and implement solutions to optimize user experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of IAM experience, with expertise in tools like Saviynt and Okta.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integrations for process automation.
• Experience with SAML and OAuth protocols for single sign-on applications.
• Knowledge of privileged identity management and role-based access provisioning.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or IAM are preferred.
• Strong communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with a focus on security and compliance.
