Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State is required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
- Advanced training in nursing leadership or management is advantageous.
- Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience in long-term care or assisted living settings.
- At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NYS Assisted Living and Adult Care Facility regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Exceptional clinical assessment and care planning skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
