Job Description

Overview

  • Support fund finance transactions by enhancing processes, tools, and policies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with clients and fund administrators for monitoring and reporting purposes.
  • Analyze fund financial statements, borrowing base certificates, and formation documents for risk identification.
  • Prepare credit write-ups and reports for submission to Head Office.
  • Participate in special projects and adapt responsibilities based on business needs.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing independent tasks and team collaboration.
  • Contribute to underwriting and structuring fund finance transactions effectively.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Structure and manage fund finance transactions, including subscription and NAV facilities.
  • Enhance validation models, policies, procedures, and internal/external processes.
  • Collaborate with clients and affiliated fund administrators for reporting and monitoring.
  • Analyze financial statements and formation documents to identify risks.
  • Prepare detailed credit write-ups and reports for management review.
  • Adapt to changes in business environment and perform additional duties as required.
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to team objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 6-8 years of experience in fund finance, underwriting, and loan syndication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Capability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.
  • Experience in structuring fund finance transactions is preferred.
