Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Structure and manage fund finance transactions, including subscription and NAV facilities.
- Enhance validation models, policies, procedures, and internal/external processes.
- Collaborate with clients and affiliated fund administrators for reporting and monitoring.
- Analyze financial statements and formation documents to identify risks.
- Prepare detailed credit write-ups and reports for management review.
- Adapt to changes in business environment and perform additional duties as required.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to team objectives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- 6-8 years of experience in fund finance, underwriting, and loan syndication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
- Capability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.
