Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage fund administration processes, including partner allocations, distributions, and performance reporting.
  • Perform waterfall calculations to ensure accurate financial distributions and compliance.
  • Oversee private investment portfolios, including private equity and venture fund operations.
  • Collaborate with fund administrators to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with fund administration and waterfall calculations is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of partner allocations, distributions, and performance reporting.
