Overview

  • Lead and manage ground-up commercial projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and generate reports for leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and compliance records.
  • Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and mitigate risks effectively to ensure project success.
  • Preferred experience of 7 years in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Experience with ESOP programs is a plus.
