Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and compliance records.
- Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks effectively to ensure project success.
- Preferred experience of 7 years in a similar role is advantageous.
- Experience with ESOP programs is a plus.
