POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team specializing in IT staffing solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in full-desk recruitment, focusing on identifying top IT talent and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is experienced in recruitment and business development, possesses excellent communication skills, and is motivated to achieve financial success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute full-desk recruitment strategies to source, screen, and place IT professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector to expand client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business development goals.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Provide exceptional client and candidate support to ensure satisfaction and successful placements.
  • Contribute to team growth and success through proactive collaboration and knowledge sharing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical recruitment.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships in a competitive industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while meeting deadlines and goals.
