Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee procurement and logistics for materials and equipment to ensure availability.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all project activities and decisions.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Preferred 15 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to work on-site and oversee project operations effectively.
