POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager – Construction Management to join our dynamic Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine client relationship management with full-cycle recruiting, focusing on sourcing top-tier talent for construction management positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and possesses a deep understanding of the construction industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships within the construction industry.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators in construction management.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Analyze and match specialized skills and qualifications to client needs effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates in the construction sector.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and client satisfaction.
- Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placements and long-term relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction recruiting and account management.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and relevant skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Reside within Eastern or Central Standard Time zones for effective collaboration.
