Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Reconcile cash flows, positions, and fund-level economics across diverse investment vehicles.
  • Oversee and guide third-party administrators on non-standard transactions and reporting accuracy.
  • Review and validate accounting outputs, including NAV support and capital activity documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems and reports, ensuring data integrity.
  • Support operational processes such as bank account setup, broker onboarding, and trade settlements.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, including new fund launches and operational process enhancements.
  • Implement automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in fund accounting, investment operations, or middle office roles.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in private credit or equity investment structures.
  • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in complex environments.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Comfortable with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
