Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting and design; 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD and Revit software, with a focus on transitioning to Revit for new projects.
- Experience in commercial and municipal project design, including fire stations and police stations.
- Knowledge of lean project management methodologies and their application in architectural projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
