Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Technical Project Manager supporting investment banking advisory initiatives in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful projects aligned with business priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of front-office initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Translate complex banker requirements into actionable project plans and success metrics.
  • Coordinate across multiple departments, including Technology, Data, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Ensure solutions meet front-office usability standards and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Work independently in high-pressure environments to support revenue-producing teams.
  • Contribute to measurable improvements in visibility and coordination across active engagements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead execution of initiatives aligned with origination and execution priorities in investment banking advisory.
  • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics to ensure effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Provide executive-ready updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet usability standards.
  • Collaborate with sponsor coverage teams and deal professionals to drive delivery of initiatives.
  • Support automation and AI-enabled productivity initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication and stakeholder management in fast-moving deal settings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or private capital advisory.
  • Proven expertise in project management supporting front-office teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of advisory deal lifecycle, from origination to closing.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience delivering initiatives tied directly to revenue-producing teams.
  • Preferred exposure to workflow automation or AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
  • Background at a top-tier advisory or independent investment bank is advantageous.
