Overview

- Support conference room supply management and assist with daily refresh tasks.
- Collaborate with staff to address immediate supply needs effectively.
- Manage inventory and restocking processes for multiple floors.
- Ensure seamless operations by maintaining organized storage areas.
- Perform light coverage tasks to support staff operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Check and replenish pantry supplies across designated floors daily.
- Maintain inventory lists and coordinate restocking from main storage areas.
- Transport supplies between floors to ensure availability in pantry areas.
- Refresh conference room supplies daily and conduct weekly checks.
- Restock beverages in pantry refrigerators on specified floors.
- Assist staff with immediate supply needs and operational support.
- Organize and maintain storage areas for efficient supply management.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of facility tasks.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent educational background preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 2 years preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in inventory management.
- Ability to lift and transport supplies between floors efficiently.
- Proficiency in maintaining supply lists and coordinating restocking processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with staff and address supply needs.
