Job Description

Overview

  • Lead architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams, contractors, and agencies to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics effectively.
  • Provide technical expertise in planning, design, and construction phases.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory codes and standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings to define scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Lead communication with clients to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor team performance and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews and participate in project debriefs.
  • Oversee construction administration and address construction-related issues.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including billing and change orders.
  • Support training and mentoring programs within the design team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture and project management.
  • Proficiency in BIM/CAD and graphic communication tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
