Overview
- Serve as a pivotal link between architectural design and technical execution, ensuring seamless project progression from concept to construction.

- Utilize your expertise in Revit and other visualization tools to create detailed construction documents.
- Engage in client meetings to present design solutions and incorporate feedback effectively.

- Participate in construction administration by responding to RFIs and conducting site visits.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the development of construction documents, ensuring alignment with design objectives and client requirements.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting collaboration and quality control.
- Participate in client meetings to understand goals and present solutions.
- Review architectural details for constructability and compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure documentation adheres to codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Assist in construction administration by addressing RFIs and reviewing submittals.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality.
- Collaborate with team members to drive project success and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3–7 years of professional architectural experience, focusing on construction documents and team coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and detailing.
- Knowledge of local building codes and ADA requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Architectural licensure or active pursuit thereof is preferred but not required.
