Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a Detroit-based general contractor specializing in heavy industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Coordinate on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Supervise construction teams, providing guidance and resolving on-site challenges promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of safety and teamwork among construction crews and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and oversee daily construction activities, ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
