Senior Estimator – Ground-Up Light Industrial Construction

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ground-up light industrial construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine scope and feasibility.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather precise pricing information.
• Develop and present competitive bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and update project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in light industrial projects.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as Bluebeam or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost analysis principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate estimations.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices in construction estimation.
