Job Description

Overview

  • Support full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage applications and streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners to implement recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment data to assess diversity and candidate attraction effectiveness.
  • Research and recommend innovative sourcing methods and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting resources and contacts.
  • Support temporary and permanent hiring processes, including agency engagements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage job postings on ATS and external websites as required.
  • Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Run reports to evaluate recruitment metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Support the management of recruitment inbox and candidate inquiries.
  • Assist in the engagement of search firms and temporary agencies for hiring needs.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms such as JazzHR, Greenhouse, or Jobvite.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic work environments.
  • Preferred experience in ATS administration and data tracking.
