- Maintain recruitment data and provide insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks to enhance recruitment operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry recruitment standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate logistics for law student interview programs, including scheduling and documentation preparation.
- Plan and execute office events such as receptions and networking activities, collaborating with vendors and facilities.
- Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Respond to inquiries from law schools and administer surveys to collect feedback.
- Assist in planning and implementing orientation programs for new attorneys.
- Collaborate with recruitment committees to refine hiring strategies and processes.
- Provide support for recruitment-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and deliverables to meet organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional client service role.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media platforms like LinkedIn is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
