Job Description

Overview

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of upscale brand programs for a hospitality organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into actionable programs.
  • Manage pilot initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Support development of brand standards and documentation for consistency across upscale brands.
  • Provide ad hoc support for strategic priorities and leadership requests.
  • Operate autonomously, representing brand programs in cross-functional forums.
  • Contribute to analytical exercises such as portfolio segmentation and ROI discussions.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute upscale brand programs aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Manage pilot projects, including vendor coordination, property selection, and timeline adherence.
  • Drive cross-functional project management, ensuring alignment and addressing risks proactively.
  • Audit and update brand standards, guidelines, and related materials for consistency.
  • Prepare leadership-ready summaries, decision readouts, and implementation toolkits.
  • Support measurement plans and ROI considerations for pilot initiatives.
  • Provide flexible support for emerging priorities and special projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across brand strategy, operations, procurement, and analytics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, consulting, or program management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strong project management skills with comfort managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience supporting pilot measurement and ROI discussions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint/OneDrive environments.
  • Experience in franchise or multi-brand environments preferred.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools for productivity and efficiency.
