Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead architectural production and technical development through all project phases.
- Coordinate and integrate consultant work including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty disciplines.
- Prepare and oversee construction documents ensuring quality, accuracy, and code compliance.
- Support project schedules, budgets, and internal team workflows.
- Participate in client meetings and assist with presentations and design coordination.
- Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction administration efforts.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, construction systems, and detailing standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
- 10+ years of professional architectural experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite advantageous.
