Job Description

Overview

  • Support planning, design, and delivery of projects across diverse market sectors.
  • Lead technical development and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
  • Ensure project delivery from design development through construction administration.
  • Balance design intent with technical execution in a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to a studio culture focused on quality and innovation.
  • Work closely with clients to align project goals and expectations.
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead architectural production and technical development through all project phases.
  • Coordinate and integrate consultant work including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty disciplines.
  • Prepare and oversee construction documents ensuring quality, accuracy, and code compliance.
  • Support project schedules, budgets, and internal team workflows.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with presentations and design coordination.
  • Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction administration efforts.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, construction systems, and detailing standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
  • 10+ years of professional architectural experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, construction systems, and detailing.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and team workflows.
