Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural designs for multifamily, mixed-use, and hotel projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to create detailed construction documentation and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and project execution.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to integrate various project components seamlessly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Experience with large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and hotel projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
